Are you training alone or with a pet? Do you have food and also what is your HP? You say you have 90def so i'll take a guess and say your hp is around ish that more than enough to survive cirrus I suggest training with a pet so its easy to combo and damage is spread out and not focused on you.
An ATK based pets you can try is Roca. She's the highest hitting Newbie pet you can get. Its higher hitting and better than poking and saves your sp from having to use skills to kill.
There is also gifts for lvling you can get from main website. Make sure to do it every lvls before sunday night all details are in the link You will get it the following tuesday.
It comes with food, amity for pet, and a few guns you can use to fight with they are a big help when you're a low lvl just like a bow but with a little extra atk After lvl 28 i suggest investing in a Blessed bow.
