No worries at all. I've just checked with our migration team, who can see your requests have been picked up by the team, you shall receive further instructions from them today. One thing they noted is that you should NOT apply for bank feeds until such time that the old file has been converted to Essentials, so perhaps it would be wise for you to mention this when advising clients to set up Essentials BEFORE lodging a request for their file to be converted.
