All workouts so far can be done with a set of dumbbells, I use the Bowflex select tech, bench, stairs or a stepup block and a yoga mat just finished my third day.

Not only that, but I also noticed that my belly got smaller. I believe that an individualized diet plan played a bigger role in that. None of the comments I have seen is talking about the interface, workouts plan, diet and or about how using the app affected your body or workout plan. And it is exactly the same way with every app, you have to go in your settings in order to cancel a subscription or just ask Apple to do so via their website. I personally downloaded this app just to give my thoughts on this unfairness and they have been very polite on responding to you lame people.
