I really don't want to lose this data, and Panasonic technical support wants me to send in the camera. However, the camera successfully finalized other discs in between the ones with errors and also still properly records on a new disc.
Please help! Heat is also one factor from successive burning I apparently over-filled a 3. Now I cannot access the valuable video files nor can I "unfinalize" so that I can delete several clips to make room. Wht is the error you get when tring to playback? Sony Digital Cameras. DVD menu will be deleted. Not sure what I want. The answer you want here is no. Now the disk is finalized thats the end of the burning process and the disk is done. I recorded video - played it back IN camcorder, no problems - then finalized, but something that's what I need to figure out why possibly occurred!!
Those are the most common ones used today and they do not need much but a FFDshow codex installed Hello sir i have a problam. It finalizes the video to make it playable on a computer as a completed file. When you finalized it with a nearly dead battery it w I recorded a DVD at the first time.
Next time I want to record on the un-finalized DVD it isn't full , but the 'disc error". What can be happened? This could be because of error in the finalization of the dvd write procedure. Want you to try burning another disk, if you face the same issue then it is problem with the writer head of the camcorder.
Let me know the status T I manual but these cods not listed. If I understood this correctly.. In this case is an issue with the actual format that this disk is made When recording two vhs tapes back to back on one disk, it will not finalize.
But, will finalize if one tape is recorded. Mind you now each tape only has one half an hour recording on them, and the disk is capable one hour of recording time. I'm using dvd-r disks, and have tried everything I could think of, and have used many disks to try and solve this problem. The disc requires some space for the finalizing process.
Two half-hour tapes take up all the room on the disc and leave nothing for the process. You'll need to record at a lower speed. I can import photos no problem. Video however I am having no end of problem importing. I realise I can use Imagemaker3, but it seems limited, and I really do want to import either straight from the video camera, or at least from my DVD drive Check ur video recorder is support to the these version Battery problem I have a samsung dvd digital cam and the battery charges.
But then when i turn it on it only lasts for 15 mins.
